At Last offers an unparalleled level of comfort, with a contemporary interior designed by the renowned Tui Pranich,” says Denison Yacht Broker Bobby Giancola, who previously worked aboard the 144-foot Heesen. “The expansive design creates a bright and relaxed atmosphere throughout the yacht, perfect for unwinding in style.”

Outdoor entertainment spaces on board At Last start on the bridge deck since the cockpit on this yacht is dedicated to stowing water toys. A layout that Giancola says, “[minimizes] noise and disturbance when retrieving these items. This thoughtful design means there are no large cranes on the bridge deck aft or sundeck, enhancing the relaxed ambiance on board.”

The sundeck has four distinct social spaces starting with the hot tub aft, which is surrounded by a lounge pad. A second lounge pad is forward with a bar and dinette amidships. The bridge deck also has two exterior entertainment zones: an alfresco dining space on the aft deck as well as settee lounge seating forward on the Portuguese bridge.

Heading aft towards the skylounge you pass the captain’s cabin. The skylounge beckons guests to sit and stay a while with two three-person sofas, a large ottoman and a flat-screen TV.

The uppermost deck on Impetuous is the open flybridge, which is clearly a space designed for lounging and outdoor entertainment. Amenities on the flybridge include sun pads flanking a Whirlpool spa, a four-stool bar, two forward-facing bench seats and two additional aft-facing bench seats that flank the helm station.

Trinity True Love

IYC is advertising the 150-foot Trinity True Love for sale. The all-aluminum motoryacht is a 2003 build that had what IYC calls a “comprehensive refit” in 2023, and is being offered at an asking price of $14.6 million through sales consultant Scott Jones in the Monaco office.

According to various reports, True Love is one among six of the 150-footers in the same series that Trinity Yachts turned out of its yard in New Orleans. This vessel is also among dozens of yachts created under the Trinity logo over the years, until new ownership took over and then shut down the shipyard in 2017. The yard’s history dates back to 1988, when it was founded by John Dane in partnership with Billy Smith and Felix Sabates. Trinity was, at one point, one of the most prestigious yacht builders in the United States.

More recently, True Love’s refit work included the installation of new generators and teak decks; engine rebuilds in the machinery space, and updates to the electronics at the helm. Out of sight are new piping and water heaters, adding to guest comfort and systems reliability.

Also according to IYC, True Love has a maximum speed of 22 knots. Cruise speed is 13 knots, with range being 4,000 nautical miles.

Accommodations are for as many as 11 guests in five staterooms. The master spans the full 28-foot beam forward. There are quarters for 10 crew.

The yacht’s interior space has a warm vibe, created in part by the contrast of neutral tones and rich cherry woodwork. Courtesy IYC

Interior décor is by Claudette Bonville. Furnishings lean toward neutrals and whites, offsetting the rich cherry woodwork in the paneling and built-ins. True Love has gold-hued tray ceilings—a hallmark design element of yachts that came out of the Trinity shipyard—with golden pillows and accent pieces to match.

Up on the sundeck, guests have access to a wet bar, oversized barbecue, day head, hot tub and sun pads. Sun loungers are also here, along with a treadmill and a 55-inch flat-screen television.

On the aft deck, there are custom-designed dining tables that can convert into one or two daybeds. This means the aft-deck layout has four possible configurations, depending on whether guests feel like doing more lounging or enjoying more dining. A 55-inch flat-screen television is in this part of the yacht, too.

The asking price for True Love includes watertoys such as a pair of Yamaha Jet Skis and an 18-foot tender. It also includes a waterslide.

Where is True Love available for tours? The yacht is lying in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Merle Wood & Associates has listed the 332-foot Attessa IV for sale at an asking price of more than $164 million. It’s a yacht with a storied history as one of the most significant rebuilds ever undertaken in the global yachting community.

Until 2007, this same yacht was known as the 298-foot Evergreen, built by a commercial shipyard in Japan. American billionaire Dennis Washington—whom Forbes described as having had an early love of machinery, and who turned a $30,000 loan into companies focused on shipbuilding, railroads, demolition, mining and more—took notice when the owner wanted to sell.

But the idea wasn’t to use the yacht in anything remotely resembling its original form. Washington wanted a total rebuild from the tender garage to the foredeck, gutting everything from the main deck up, and totally reconfiguring the vessel for use as a private yacht more in keeping with what’s expected in regions such as the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

The rebuild, undertaken in Vancouver, Canada, was completed in 2010. Accommodations on Attessa IV are now for as many as 18 guests in nine staterooms. The master includes his and hers dressing rooms, a private office, a private salon, private outdoor dining and a private deck for arriving and departing by helicopter. That helipad is in addition to a second, touch-and-go helipad that is located on the yacht’s bow.

Onboard amenities include a spa with a beauty salon, massage, a steam room and a gym. The beach club abaft the gym has a hot tub and seating area, while up top on the sundeck, there’s a pool with a shallow section for children. The main deck includes a cinema, and there’s an elevator for guests to access the lower deck through the sky lounge.

The yacht also has quarters for 28 crew. And, just in case extra security is a concern, Attessa IV is built to be bulletproof. The yacht has a Kevlar-lined steel hull and superstructure, along with windows built of bulletproof glass.

Attessa IV is built to be a world cruiser, with a reported range of more than 7,000 nautical miles. Top speed is listed as 25 knots, and draft is a hair over 15 feet. The diesel power plants are by Wartsila.

Where is Attessa IV located for showings? The yacht is currently in the area of Cabo, Mexico.

The 133-foot Broward Kashmir, currently listed with Denison Yachting, just saw a $250,000 price improvement. The new asking price for the superyacht is $4.5 million. Originally delivered as a 105-foot motor yacht in 1995, Kashmir underwent an extensive refit in 2008 that included increasing its length overall by 28 feet.

The 133-footer has accommodations for up to 13 guests in its six-stateroom layout, which includes a main-deck master and five additional guest suites belowdecks. With 12 successful charters in 2022, Kashmir has a lot of potential as a charter yacht for its future owners.

This Broward’s flybridge can double as an additional enclosed entertainment space because of its Plexiglas doors that can enclose the area around the whirlpool spa. Forward and to starboard, up to eight guests can enjoy alfresco dining at a C-shaped settee and table, which is directly across from a wet bar with three fixed stools.

Its flybridge also has tender and PWC stowage abaft the whirlpool spa, where its 2012 18-foot tender and two 2021 Yamaha WaveRunners are stowed–all three of which are included with the sale. When the water toys are deployed, the flybridge’s aft deck becomes a great sunbathing space.

The salon comfortably seats eight with a six-person sofa to port and two loose chairs positioned around a coffee table. Waist-to-ceiling windows, neutral colors, mahogany furnishings, and a 60-inch flat-screen TV combine to make a nice spot for casual conversation.

Forward of the salon is the formal dining space where an eight-person table awaits guests. The table can be expanded to fit up to 12.

The galley, located forward of the salon, is equipped with enough counter space for several chefs to prepare meals. It’s also equipped with: GE Monogram 27-inch built-in electric double ovens, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. A Fisher & Paykel dual-drawer dishwasher. A Viking professional range hood and cooktop. And a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer combo, a wine cooler and more refrigerator and freezer drawers.

Forward of the galley is the main-deck master stateroom, which is equipped with a forward-facing king berth, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in wardrobe and a his-and-hers en suite head with the space separated by a whirlpool spa.

The five guest staterooms belowdecks are all en suites too. Two king-berth staterooms are located aft. Forward and to port are two smaller staterooms where, thanks to Pullman berths, one sleeps three and the other sleeps two. The forepeak VIP has a queen-size berth.

Kashmir has a reported cruising speed of 12 knots and a 16-knot top-end speed thanks to the 3,200 hp provided by twin 1,600 hp Caterpillar C-32 Acert diesels, both of which received a top-end overhaul in January 2019 by Caterpillar. According to Denison, both engines have a transferable “CAT Platinum Plus” warranty with no deductible that’s valid through January 2024.

Kashmir‘s upper helm station is equipped with three Stidd chairs, and the pilothouse helm has a one-seat station with additional bench seating to port. Other notable features include: Naiad Zero Speed Stabilizers, an Intellian S100HD, an Intellian V100, two Icom M604 with Loudhailers, two Furuno Navnet VX2 25kw, Simrad AP 50, two 99 kW Onan generators (newly rebuilt with zero hours), a NAIAD Thruster Control Simon system and panel and two Miele Professional washers and two Miele Professional dryers.

From the Archive

“They’re constantly improving their product, sometimes building in extras in advance of needing them, and always with the long term in mind. When talking about the new 40M, which is built on the hull of the hugely popular, William Garden-designed Westport 130, [Capt. Fred] Hammond cites this vessel’s ABS class and MCA compliance as an example of something they started working quietly toward on previous builds.”
