Italian yacht builder Cantiere Del Pardo has announced the Pardo GT75 as one of three new sail and powerboat models to launch this September.

Pardo Yachts’ new flagship GT75 will debut along with the Grand Soleil 52 Performance and Grand Soleil 65 Performance sailboats at the Cannes Yachting Fest 2024, according to a news release from the company. Measuring at just over 75 feet, the GT75 features spacious, luxury interiors comparable to a villa on the sea, says the builder. The vessel has a beam of 19.6 feet, and a shallow-water-friendly draft of 3.4 feet.

This new model builds upon its GT52 predecessor to provide more room to suit its owner’s needs. A sliding aft door, semi-open roof, sliding doors to side walkways and side windows offers seamless access to interior and exterior areas.

“The GT75 embodies Pardo Yachts’ philosophy of creating easy to handle yachts with unmistakable lines that showcase Italian craftsmanship,” the news release states.

Belowdecks, the GT75 can be configured with two to four staterooms, accommodating up to 10 berths, including a double crew cabin. The owners’ stateroom is seen here. Courtesy Pardo Yachts

The GT75 offers several Volvo Penta IPS engine options. The standard setup includes three D13 IPS 1050 engines, with an option to upgrade to three D13 IPS 1350s. The hull has been optimized for these engines to emphasize fuel efficiency and cruising comfort, while accommodating future hybrid-propulsion upgrades.

The GT75 sports an inverted bow and a deep-V hull form. The brainchild of Cantiere Del Pardo has naval architecture by Zuccheri Yacht Design, and Nauta Design devised its exteriors and interiors.

The yacht’s aft cockpit layout includes a sundeck that lifts electrically to reveal a dedicated tender garage. Its walkaround design extends to the bow area, which has a C-shaped sofa, table and a sundeck with a central backrest. Belowdecks, the forward area houses the VIP cabin and crew quarters.

Its main deck offers a choice between a galley-up and galley-down layout. The galley-up version includes a salon with L-shaped sofa with a dining table for up to seven guests. The galley-down version transforms the main deck into a living area with sofas, and is enhanced by a semi-open roof, side windows and a sliding aft door for a constant view of the ocean blue.

Several sleeping area configurations are available for the GT75’s belowdecks layout, including two, three or four staterooms, accommodating up to 10 berths, including a crew double cabin. The standard layout has three cabins and three heads.

“With its Endurance 60, the Italian builder takes its walkaround philosophy to new lengths,” Yachting previously reported. “It also adds a flybridge and expands accommodations for friends-and-family voyaging.”

Jeff Brown Yachts currently has Mari Time, a low-hour 2023 Pardo Endurance 60 listed just shy of $3 million. The 60-foot flybridge motoryacht features a three-stateroom layout and a variety of entertainment spaces, inside and out.

“The Endurance 60 is a project in which the ability to navigate well in displacement and planing stands out,” Gigi Servidati, head of new model development at Cantiere del Pardo, stated in a press release. “This is why we have thoroughly studied the hull lines using CFD analysis, making the most of the know-how that comes from almost 50 years of experience in shipbuilding.”

Foldout terraces in the cockpit help to create 376 square feet of outdoor entertainment space, including a cockpit lounge and table. Wide side decks and high bulwarks flanks the main deck making it safe to transit and from the foredeck. The foredeck has a two- to three-person sunpad to catch some sun after a morning swim.

Something exciting is coming from Pardo Yachts: a new yacht introducing a new range.

The Pardo GT52 is the first boat in the GT range, which the Italian builder says is positioned between its Endurance and Walkaround ranges. The GT52  joins a lineup of five other boats, ranging from 36 feet to 75 feet length overall, across all ranges. Pardo introduced the GT52 in April in St-Tropez, French Riviera. We’re eagerly awaiting information about a U.S. debut date.

The GT52 can come with a galley-up or galley-down layout. In both, guests can enjoy meals and socialize at a portside sofa that has a wooden table. The cockpit, accessed through a centerline door, has more get-together real estate: Here, there’s a forward-facing, C-shaped sofa with a square dinette, and aft-facing settees that flank the salon door.

With the galley up, it’s to starboard and directly across from the portside furnishings. There’s a stainless-steel sink and a two-burner cooktop. One benefit of the centralized galley location is that it allows hosts to serve all areas of the boat.

Socializing is a key element aboard the Pardo GT52. The cockpit, for instance, is a relaxation space where guests can enjoy drinks by the water or sunbathe in groups. Courtesy Pardo Yachts

Just forward of the galley is the helm station with seating for two. Follow the adjacent stairs belowdecks, and here, Pardo gives owners more options: either a third stateroom with bunk berths, or a lounge with an L-shaped sofa and a TV.

As for the galley-down format, which was part of the GT52’s global debut, the galley on the main deck is replaced by an L-shaped sofa that lifts on struts to create helm seating. Belowdecks, the galley is afforded significantly more countertop space than in the galley-up layout. It’s U-shaped and wraps around from the portside base of the stairs to the forepeak master stateroom door.

The Pardo GT52 can be ordered with the galley up or down. In the galley-up setup, there is helm seating for two; with the galley down, the starboard-side settee lifts on struts with a flip-over backrest to form a helm seat. Courtesy Pardo Yachts

Accommodations are for four or six, depending on whether owners opt for a third stateroom for, say, grandchildren in the galley-up setup. The forepeak master has a king-size berth offset to port. To starboard is a sofa where two can sit cozily. The en suite head is in the bow. A twin-berth guest stateroom is amidships with an en suite head that also serves as the day head. The GT52 has a single crew cabin amidships and to port.

Standard power is twin Volvo Penta IPS650 diesels, and there are options for IPS700 or 800 diesels as well. At press time, the Pardo GT52’s projected performance information was unavailable.

Pardo Yachts in Italy has outfitted one of its Pardo 50s with custom-made fabrics from the Italian brand Missoni at the request of an owner who plans to use the boat in Miami.

The builder describes the style as “customized geometric patterns of zigzags, minimalist lines and a kaleidoscope of colors.”

“With the precious help of interior designer Cristina Pizzuto, who made the union between Pardo Yachts and Missoni possible, we were introduced to Missoni’s headquarters in Milan,” says boat owner Heigo Paartalu, brand ambassador of Pardo Yachts. “There, we were able to browse and choose patterns and materials for our boat: an incredible experience with the purpose of creating something worthy of haute couture. Sitting in Missoni’s studio and feeling like Anna Wintour, I realized how these two leading Italian brands would be an amazing match. Despite coming from such different industries, they would create more than just a boat: a real icon of fashion and style on the water.”

What has the boat been christened? Pegasus. It’s the third Pardo by that name for the same owner.

Fall boat-show season is always a time to be excited about new launches and yacht designs, but this year the Monaco Yacht Show is adding another level with an Adventure Area. This new part of the show will feature all kinds of things that yachtsmen need for expedition-style cruising, including sporty tenders, off-road vehicles, helicopters and high-tech gadgets.

Sign us up for all of that and more, please. We’re especially keen to have a look this season at the new yachts, all of which caught our eye for different reasons.

Pardo GT52: First Model in a New Range

The Pardo GT52 is the first model in a new range that builder Pardo Yachts in Italy says falls between its Walkaround and Endurance ranges. The GT52 is designed for owners who want more volume and layout flexibility in the guest areas, but without sacrificing performance. Owners can choose either galley-up or galley-down layouts, with the engines placed closer to the stern, allowing more space for the interior cabin options. That extra space, depending on which galley setup is chosen, can be used for an additional stateroom, a TV lounge, or a larger dinette and a more extensively equipped galley. Standard power is a pair of 650 hp Volvo Penta IPS engines, with 700 hp and 800 hp as options.

Absolute Navetta 75: The New Flagship

The Absolute Navetta 75 is the new flagship of the Italian builder’s Navetta line, which starts at a Navetta 48 and now includes seven models overall. The Navetta 75 has a full-beam owner’s stateroom at the bow, on a level raised to offer more privacy and wider views of the surroundings. The flybridge “terrace,” as Absolute calls it, has no fixed furnishings, so owners can set up the space however they desire. The cockpit below, on the main level, is similarly arranged for maximum flexibility. Crew quarters are aft, giving the crew and guests alike their privacy, and there are stairs to the flybridge from the bow as well as the stern, so the crew can move around as needed without disturbing anyone else on board.

Fairline Phantom 65: The Builder’s First Sport Bridge

The Fairline Phantom 65 is the British builder’s first sport-bridge model, and it has an exterior inspired by the design of the Fairline Targa 65. There are two engine options: twin 1,150 hp Caterpillar C18s for a reported top speed of 31 knots, or twin 1,622 hp V-12 Caterpillar C32s that Fairline says will juice that speed in excess of 35 knots. Inside, owners can choose a three- or four-stateroom layout, including an owner’s stateroom with a king-size berth. The galley is aft on the main deck, with a bar that extends to the cockpit, helping to create an indoor-outdoor space. Draft on the Phantom 65 is 5 feet, 2 inches, making the boat ready to explore the Bahamas or any similarly shallow cruising grounds.

Sirena 78: Ready for Relaxation

Onboard entertainment was top of mind with designers at Turkey-based Sirena Yachts as they developed the Sirena 78. The yacht falls between the Sirena 68 and Sirena 88 in the builder’s lineup, and is different from similar-size builds in that it has no main-deck helm station. Instead, that space is opened up for guest relaxation, with what Sirena calls a “massive galley” for food prep, full-size appliances and parties. Up top, owners can choose an open, semi-enclosed or fully enclosed flybridge, and the foredeck is intended to be used as an alfresco lounge with tables, settees and a sun pad. Down below, accommodations include a full-beam master stateroom amidships and a VIP stateroom in the bow. Both are ensuite.

Italy’s Pardo Yachts held the world premiere of the Pardo GT52 in Saint-Tropez in April. The entire Pardo lineup was on display: Pardo 38, Pardo 43, Pardo 50, Pardo GT52 and Endurance 60.

The new GT line is positioned between Pardo’s Walkaround and Endurance lines. It’s designed for owners who want more volume without sacrificing performance.

Stern doors can be opened completely (similar to the Endurance 60); the swim platform is larger, for housing a tender or personal watercraft; and the roof on the GT52 has a semi-open mode. The cockpit dining and sunbathing spaces are expanded, and the belowdecks space is more flexible.

To that point, the Pardo GT52 can be ordered galley-up or galley-down. With the galley up, there’s a salon space belowdecks; with the galley down, there’s a dinette lounge on the main deck.

The Pardo GT52’s hull is an evolution of the Pardo 50, with the same standard twin 650-horsepower Volvo Penta IPS power. Owners can choose 700 or 800 horsepower as an option.

What are the key specs for the Pardo GT52? Beam is more than 16 feet, fuel capacity is 528 gallons, and water capacity is 158 gallons.

Pardo Yachts has created a line of stylish walkaround yachts from 38 to 50 feet, known for their instantly recognizable sleek and low profile, peppy performance, and modern construction methods and materials. With its Endurance 60, the Italian builder takes its walkaround philosophy to new lengths. It also adds a flybridge and expands accommodations for friends-and-family voyaging.

The new flybridge has sun pads and sofas, expanded entertainment space, and room for owners to add a second, optional helm. In profile, the yacht maintains the brand’s sinewy DNA. This aesthetic is enhanced by the plumb bow, stretching the profile and helping to increase internal volume. The way the Endurance 60′s sheer sweeps down and aft toward the cockpit, paralleling the design of the flybridge above it, further enhances the look.

Power is twin 700 or 800 hp Volvo Penta IPS diesels. The builder projects a 25-knot top-end speed. Cruise-speed range is reportedly 14 to 21 knots.

Pardo Yachts Endurance 60 interior
Nearly 360 degrees of glass in the superstructure, combined with a light, blond teak interior, makes the Endurance 60’s salon feel open and airy. Courtesy Pardo Yachts

Accommodations include a full-beam master stateroom amidships with an en suite head. The forepeak VIP stateroom has an en suite head and can be set up with either twins or a double berth. There’s also a crew cabin with a head.

The Endurance 60 has foldout terraces flanking the cockpit, helping to create 376 square feet of outdoor entertainment space, including a cockpit lounge and table, and foredeck sun pads. The hydraulic swim platform should be handy when it’s time to launch the tender or take a swim.

The Endurance 60′s look and function offer a glimpse toward the horizon where Pardo may take this yacht series next, and it’s a view with a lot of promise.

Pardo Yachts in Italy has splashed Hull No. 1 of its new flagship model, the Pardo Endurance 60.

More than 200 hulls of the Pardo 38, 43 and 50 have been sold in three years, according to the builder, with the Pardo Endurance 60 now joining the fleet.

Computational fluid dynamics were used in the design phase, with naval architecture by Davide Leone, and interiors by Nauta Design. Those interiors include white lacquer and blonde teak.

Projections are for long range with a cruising speed of 10 to 12 knots along with a planing speed of 23 to 25 knots. With Volvo Penta IPS800 engines, the boat reportedly burns an average of 10.5 gallons of fuel per hour, providing a range of about 700 miles at 10 knots.
