Rybovich is an iconic Florida-based builder that has been building custom sport-fishing boats for more than 100 years. Its latest launch, a 94-foot sportfisherman called III Amigos, is a yacht it says “is designed to fish anywhere in the world in total luxury, thanks to a state-of-the-art power management system and redundant systems throughout.”

Launched in 2021, III Amigos is currently listed with Galati Yacht Sales for $19.995 million. The sport-fisherman’s four-stateroom, six-head layout can sleep eight guests while the crew quarters have accommodations for four.

“Throw out any preconceived notions you may have about sport-fishing yachts—even large ones,” Yachting previously wrote. “III Amigos—a 94-footer from the consortium of boatbuilder Michael Rybovich, designer Patrick Knowles and an experienced owner—is far more mega-yacht than most fishing machines.”

Twin 2,600 hp MTU 16V2000 diesels push III Amigos to a 41-plus-knot top hop, making sure you leave your tournament competition in the wake at the shotgun start. The engines currently have 1,225 hours on them.

Infinity, a 2021 Prestige X70, was built for entertaining.

The cockpit, foredeck and flybridge are spacious with sunpads and sunshades. Infinity can easily be handled by an owner-operator, but has room for two crew. A multitude of guests can comfortably be entertained on a daytime jaunt down the coastline, and the yacht accommodates eight guests for extended cruising. Infinity is for sale at $3.299 million.   

Infinity is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS1350 diesel engines with a combined horsepower of 1,470 hp, which will get the yacht to top speed of 29 knots. Dial it back a 20-knot cruise speed and range around 351 nautical miles. 

Step onto Infinity’s swim platform, open up the “beach club” with sunpads and cup holders, lower the teak swim platform down into the water a few inches and enjoy a few beverages while the kids have a swim. The hydraulic swim platform with the “beach club” is one of the yacht’s highlights and my favorite place to relax. A tender can also be stowed on the swim platform, but the tender is not included in the sale.

A few steps up from the swim platform is Infinity’s spacious cockpit, which is partially shaded by the flybridge overhang and an optional sunshade. Relax on a set of sofas that are located to port and starboard, or on a centerline sunpad with backrests that can be reconfigured for different seating positions. Enjoy an alfresco dinner at the dinette before climbing up to the flybridge for an evening cruise. The cockpit ice maker is a plus for entertaining guests in the cockpit and at the beach club/swim platform. 

Infinity has steps to port and starboard that lead from the cockpit to the flybridge. The flybridge provides another great area for guests to increase their tan while enjoying the ocean breeze with a great view. Relax in a few lounge chairs on the aft deck, dinette with adjacent wet bar or at the settee to starboard across from the helm. Infinity’s flybridge is partially covered with a hardtop with an electric sunroof, giving guests the option of shade or sun. Cook a few burgers for lunch on the electric grill before stepping down to the foredeck for a little more privacy. Infinity’s teak foredeck might be the best spot to step away from a noisy quay. Relax in the sun on lounge mattresses and cushions by Paola Lenti or dial it back a little and bring out the sunshade for an afternoon siesta.

The flybridge helm is located on the port side and the captain has an uninterrupted 360-degree view around the yacht. Two sliding glass doors separate the cockpit from the salon. Opening these sliding glass doors creates an open air, flow-through conversation environment from the cockpit to the main deck helm. The salon and galley are full beam and the light-colored interior glows in the natural light that flows in from the electrically opening windows. Guests can relax on two custom sofas with tables to port and starboard, and catch a game on the fold down 55-inch flat-screen TV mounted above the galley or the 65-inch flat-screen on the starboard side of the salon. Want to dine inside? The cockpit dinette can be moved and set up inside the salon for a formal dinner.

If you had to describe Amarula Sun’s interior in one word it would probably be: open. The salon is laid out in blackened oak and tan oak interior with an amtico sole in walnut and a gunmetal upholstered loveseat. Grab a bottle of wine from the 120v wine captain, open the power sunroof and open a few windows to let the breeze flow through. 

The forward helm is located starboard side across from the U-shaped settee with a captain’s chair large enough to seat two. Ruth Pearl was outfitted with the Raymarine electronics package, sonar, 6 kW HD open-array radar, two Axiom XL 16″ displays with remote, joystick remote docking, VHF radio, FLIR and autopilot, ensuring the captain will have a comfortable and safe cruise. Two large windshields as well as large side windows to port and starboard allow the captain a full view of the surroundings.

Retire in the evening to three staterooms with two heads that will comfortably sleep six. The master stateroom is a carpeted, full-beam suite with a walkaround queen island berth with an upgraded therapeutic foam mattress. Owners will find plenty of stowage in the end tables on each side of the berth, oak cabinets, hanging lockers and in the portside cafe table with under-seat stowage. Comforts include opening porthole, blinds, mirrors and a private en-suite head with fully enclosed shower and electric toilet. Few, if any, yacht designs have as long and interesting a timeline as the Westport 112 motor yacht. This model’s longevity is due entirely to its popularity with buyers, as evidenced by the nearly 70 hulls built, which was previously reported by Yachting. Do you like reliable performance, luxe style and homelike comfort as you cruise over blue waters? Eclipse has all of these features and more.

Eclipse is powered by twin MTU 16v2000 DDEC diesel engines with a combined horsepower of 3,600, easily pushing this yacht to a cruising speed of 22 knots with a top-end speed of 25 knots. Back it down to 12 knots, and the cruising range for Eclipse will be around 1,800 nautical miles with the yacht’s 5,500-gallon fuel capacity.

Flybridge

The flybridge on Eclipse features a beautiful teak deck. Forward wind protection is provided by the clear and hard-acrylic, 270-degree enclosure with fold-up wings. An L-shaped settee with hi-low, high-gloss teak table is to starboard for an alfresco dining experience. To port is an island wet bar with four swivel-top stools, Fire Magic propane bbq grill, under-counter ice maker and separate fridge. Above is an electronic actuated fold down 60-inch Samsung HDTV with brand-new DirecTV box, Apple TV, Marantz AV system and 10-inch iPad with Crestron control app. Audio is provided by a separate Fusion Apollo head unit, JL amplifier and JL speakers. A centerline helm station with three captain’s chairs includes 2023 upgraded electronics, consisting of Garmin 8617 multifunction displays and Icom M605 VHF w/AIS. There is also a networked Garmin 7610 to port as well as a Garmin repeater screen. Port and starboard wing stations will give the captain superior views while docking.

Down three steps bring you to the flybridge aft deck with a six-person built-in Jacuzzi hot tub that can be converted to a sun pad with its custom folding top and cushions. Just across is another L shaped seating area with a high-gloss teak table. Both of the above areas can be covered from the sun via a custom, removable three-tier sun shade. A custom JL sound system sets the musical mood. Currently, Eclipse has two, 2017 Yamaha WaveRunner EX PWC with only six hours of use, mounted on custom cradles, that will be included in sale. A Nautical Structures CEZ2000-EX crane provides the lifting power to launch the skis. This crane is large enough to handle a tender if that is more your style.

Salon

Eclipse is built with a full-beam (23’6″) salon to maximize its interior space. Full-length, tinted-glass windows help keep the salon area cool and comfortable while providing panoramic views of the water. The front of the salon area is fitted with a formal dining area. Eight guests can enjoy a meal on a custom dining table and chair set with a lighted tray ceiling. Raised buffets with cabinet stowage are located to port and starboard. Step back toward the aft area of the salon, there is a plush full-size couch, love seat, arm chair, coffee table and matching end tables. A separate area with two high-back chairs and a game table lies on the starboard side. Just to the port of the double-glass sliding door is a wet bar with granite countertops and a built-in 25-bottle wine chiller. The digital- entertainment center was extensively upgraded in 2023 with an all new 60-inch Samsung flat-screen HDTV, Samsung Blu Ray player, DirecTV box and Marantz AV system all controlled by a 10” iPad with Crestron app.

Decks

Eclipse has been fitted with a teak swim platform with removable stainless-steel rails. Ports for whips are built into the deck, which are used while docking the included Yamaha Wave Runners. Eclipse also has a 100-gallon, deck fueling station to keep your watertoys moving during your adventures. You can gain access to the side and foredecks through sliding doors located in the midship foyers. Bulwark gates open outward, which can accommodate boarding stairs. Slide forward to the bow, you will find a molded U-shaped settee with cushions. Audio is provided by a Fusion head unit, JL amplifier and JL speakers. Just aft of the settee is a large Bosun’s locker stowage area. On deck are the dual Maxwell 4500 hydraulic anchor-windlass systems, chain locker and foredeck cleats.

Galati Yacht Sales currently has The Provider, a Viking 76 Convertible, listed with an asking price of $4.795 million. The 2015 sportfisherman underwent a refit in 2018, getting a new Palm Beach Tower and new electronics. It has a rare six-stateroom, five-head layout with space to sleep up to 12, making it a solid contender for a tournament team hitting the billfish circuit.

Owners and guests will immediately notice the battle-ready, 206-square-foot cockpit, which has room to spare for the BlueWater fighting chair. There is mezzanine bench seating creating a perfect perch to keep an eye on the trolling spread and spot that bill and its windshield-wiper motion knocking the teasers around. A ladder to port of the centerline leads to the 76-footer’s flybridge where the three-seat helm station sits abaft a bench seat and fixed table, a great spot for guests to converse with the captain en route to the fishing grounds.

During downtime, the salon offers a welcome respite for the weary angler. There is a day head immediately to port and multiple seating options with an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table to starboard and three fixed stools at the open galley bar forward to port. A C-shaped dinette sits next to the galley and is a great spot to relax and enjoy casual meals with the crew. The galley has two countertop areas, a dishwasher, a trash compactor, an electric cooktop and a sink.

The extra pantry space that would typically be forward of the galley on a Viking 76C has been converted to a sixth stateroom with a twin berth. Belowdecks, there is a full-beam owners’ stateroom amidships with a desk and an en suite head. The forepeak VIP has a queen berth and an en suite head. The forward port and starboard guest staterooms have single bunks and an en suite heads. The guest stateroom aft and to port has a double berth.

Twin 2,600 hp MTU 16V2000 M94 diesels power The Provider, giving it a reported blistering 42-knot top hop and a cruising speed of 34 knots, ensuring a lot of fellow tournament competitors will be staring at this sportfish boat’s transom. The engines currently have 3,150 hours.

Other notable features on board include a Seakeeper SK26, satin-finish walnut interior, seven rod holders, Garmin GPSMAP 8622 22-inch widescreen glass-bridge multi-function displays, a  GPSMAP 7612–no sounder, an EZ2CY enclosure for the flybridge, a plumb transom box livewell with glass window and lights, and a transom livewell plumbed for tuna tube system with dedicated pumps, a great addition for live-bait anglers.

From the Yachting Archive: Viking 76: Intelligent Design and Evolution 

“Since the 76 replaces our 74, introduced in 2004, we had a number of styling updates in terms of the house shape and window lines,” said David Wilson, Viking Yachts’ manager of design. With the added length and a bit more sheer height, Wilson was able to do away with the raised trunk foredeck without compromising headroom belowdecks. In addition to in-house input, Wilson was armed with a punch list generated from dealer and customer feedback. Customers, for example, wanted a full-beam master stateroom. Wilson accomplished this by adding six inches of chine beam and a bit more shape to the topsides. Storage space for the owner’s gear was also important. Wilson crafted a five-stateroom arrangement that includes a walk-in pantry forward of the galley.” – Yachting, July 2010

Princess Oxana, a Leopard53 PC, is listed for sale by Galati Yacht Sales with an asking price of $1.8 million. The 2023 power catamaran has just 200 hours on its Yanmar diesels. The power cat also has a three-stateroom, three-head layout with accommodations to sleep six guests for extended cruising.

Designed for watersports fun, Princess Oxana has a hydraulic swim platform that doubles as the yacht’s tender stowage and lifts to deck height. Stepping into the 53-footer’s cockpit, there are two seating options with a bench seat with L-shaped backrest to starboard and an L-shaped sofa and fixed table to port. Adding a few loose chairs around the table creates alfresco dining six.

Wide side decks with high stainless-steel rails flank the main deck leading to the foredeck with two sun pads, a perfect spot to enjoy morning mimosas before catching some midday sun. There’s also access from the salon via a door on centerline.

Stairs to starboard lead to Princess Oxana’s flybridge, which has a two-person sun pad with a backrest aft and to port. Just forward is a U-shaped dinette with space for six to enjoy alfresco dining under the flybridge hardtop. To starboard is a wet bar, a refrigerator, an ice maker and a grill. The upper helm station is also to starboard with a bench seat and there is additional companion seating across from the helm.

The volume created by the Leopard 53 PC’s sizable 25-foot beam is most apparent in the salon. The galley aft separates the salon and cockpit, with a C-shaped counter to starboard and a full-size refrigerator, sink and countertop to port. The galley has a microwave and a four-burner cooktop for creating meals.

Forward, the salon has an L-shaped sofa and ottoman to port with a three-person sofa to starboard. The vessel’s all-weather helm station is all the way forward and to starboard and has bench seating.

Belowdecks, there are three staterooms and three heads. The master stateroom is in the starboard hull and has a queen berth and an en suite head with his-and-hers vanities. The two guest staterooms are in the portside hull, both of which have queen berths and en suite heads.

Power for Princess Oxana comes from twin 370 hp Yanmar 8LV370 diesels, which we previously reported give the 53 PC a 25-knot top speed and a cruising speed of 17.5 knots. The engines were serviced at 175 hours and are still under 200 hours, according to Galati Yacht Sales.

Some other notable features include an Raymarine Axiom 7-inch multifunction display, a transom shower, Starlink Satellite Internet/TV System, AIS, a washer-and-dryer combo, a Side-Power bow thruster and a Yacht Controller for remote docking.

It’s worth noting the purchase of Princess Oxana includes a transferable 5-year service/warranty program.
